Traveling Vineyard - Who are we?

I have had some emails from some readers interested in finding out what are company actually does, so I thought I would give you all a semi- brief synopsis.

The Traveling Vineyard operates in half of the states in the US. We are revolutionizing the wine tasting experience because we are turning living rooms into tasting rooms. Do not get me wrong- NOTHING beats a wine tasting at a vineyard, but there are many reasons why we can't always find a way to get to a vineyard. For instance, If you live in Allentown, PA. and want to try all italian wines and you can't get 10 friends to Tuscany, Italy or even Santa Barbara...try 5 of TTV's italian wines or California wines in your living room! See?

Dear Friends of Free the Grapes,

A Spring Surge for Wine Education

The Wine School of Philadelphia is reporting a major jump in popularity for wine education. Not just wine tasting anymore.

(www.GrarpeVineTrail.com) Tue Feb 27 2007 - Learning about wine isn't just for sommeliers anymore. The founder of the Wine School of Philadelphia is reporting a major surge of interest for wine education. "Wine tastings are no longer enough for many people" says Keith Wallace, "we are having to triple the number of wine certification programs we are running just to keep up with demand." Keith was a winery consultant who began the Wine School of Philadelphia in 2001, and says that consumer interest exploded in the past few months. "Over the last five years, we have seen steady increases in interest in both our wine tasting classes and our our semester-long programs. But this year it is ridiculous. Our waiting lists are longer than our class lists."
